Copyright & Rights Usage Terms
All digital assets and collaterals created, published, or distributed by the Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Authority — including but not limited to graphics, videos, photographs, social media content, publications, reports, and training materials — are protected under applicable copyright laws.
Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in DRM Authority digital assets remain the sole property of the DRM Authority, unless otherwise stated.
Any logos, marks, or branding elements are official identifiers of the DRM Authority and may not be altered or misused.
Permitted Use
Materials may be shared, reposted, or redistributed for non-commercial, educational, or public awareness purposes, provided proper credit is given to the DRM Authority.
Content may be used by government agencies, NGOs, media outlets, and community groups to support disaster preparedness and risk management awareness.
Restricted Use
DRM Authority digital assets may not be reproduced, sold, modified, or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Assets may not be used in any way that misrepresents, discredits, or conflicts with the mission of the DRM Authority.
Attribution
When sharing or reproducing DRM Authority content, the following attribution must be included (where possible):
