Before signing, here are a few thing you need to have:

Consent from your guardian/s to participate.
Have read and agree to the rules and guidelines of the competition.
A 3-5 minute video to upload for the competition.
Copy of your latest transcript or report card to upload.

All entries will be reviewed based on eligibility and selection criteria, and only successful applicants will be contacted. By submitting, applicants and their guardians agree to adhere to DRM Authority guidelines and consent to potential use of the applicant’s name and image in DRM Authority communications if chosen. I have read and consent to the rules of the Disaster Risk Management Authority's Disaster Risk Reduction Youth Ambassador Competition and agree for the entrant to be included in the competition as described.

I give permission for the Disaster Risk Management (DRM) Authority to utilise and distribute the submitted video and included non-sensitive personal information such as entrant's name and school for the purposes of the competition and other DRM Authority promotional purposes via The DRM Authority's social platforms , other government agency social platforms, and public media.

I understand that if this submission wins the entrant will be expected to participate in the Disaster Risk Reduction Youth Ambassador Programme for the term of one year and have read and consent to the terms of the DRRYA Programme.
